Exportise works with Irish SME clients to assist them in the development and growth of export sales. Exportise services, including bespoke market auditing, sales training, export strategy development and active sales prospecting, provide the entire range of export sales skills needed for small and medium enterprises to generate new export business.

As the business develops we are looking to recruit a bilingual business development executive, based in our Dublin 9 office who will work closely with the management team to secure more business for Exportise and our clients.

There are two main parts to the position in Exportise.

-  Working with and on behalf of our clients to secure export sales for them.  Many of our clients use Exportise as their outsourced sales team so the successful candidate must be flexible and resourceful enough to work on behalf of several clients.

-  Promoting the Exportise concept and service to target prospective clients in Ireland.  Our service is best suited to clients who have a strategic focus on developing export markets but lack the experience and know-how to do so.

This is a position that will suit someone who is at an early stage of their sales career – maybe 1-3 years experience of selling in a B2B environment or someone who can clearly demonstrate that they’re made of the ‘right stuff’ to start a career in sales.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, will be able to write professional business communications and have a very strong telephone manner.  Fluent English and either German or French is a requirement.

Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and be determined to succeed in their career.
